JOHN MENZEL
executive chairman, ceo and president
John is an experienced RFID technology executive with a diverse management background and powerful industry relationships. His leadership is well recognized within the security industry at the highest levels of many leading companies. Mr. Menzel has global industry ties having dealt with numerous companies in the Americas, Europe and Asia. In addition, he possesses previous industry related start up experience and has prior experience working with all of XceedID's management team. He earned a B.S. from the College of Architecture at the University of Florida.

MIKE CONLIN
vice president of engineering
Mike is a highly skilled RFID Systems Design Engineer responsible for leading and managing teams on advanced engineering projects. Recently Mike led the development team responsible for the access control industry's award-winning contactless smart card technology. Previous experience includes 10 years in automotive electronics including sensors, actuators, and electronic control systems. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Stony Brook University in New York and a Master of Science in Electronics and Computer Controlled Systems from Wayne State University in Detroit.

JEFF CAHILL
vice president of business development
Jeff brings 25 years of highly decorated industry experience. His skills include building start-ups, orchestrating and managing turnarounds and running a $55 million business unit for a leading security manufacturer. Additional accomplishments include numerous leadership awards for sales and profit growth, development of company-wide customer service, sales compensation, and sales training programs. Jeff most recently ran a sales training development group providing consulting services for sales development. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Grace College in Indiana.

JEAN-HUGUES "HUGO" WENDLING
director of engineering
Hugo is a highly skilled firmware and cryptographic engineer with extensive radio frequency telecommunication and cryptography experience. He previously worked as the firmware architect for a leading RFID manufacturer. Hugo has experience designing firmware radios, cryptographic algorithms, and security management systems. He holds a B.S. in Physics from the University Louis Pasteur Strasbourg in France and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado, specializing in Digital Signal Processing and Security.
